Privacy Policy

Information you give us

• Brochure / lead form. If you fill out the brochure-download form, we collect the email you provide and, optionally, your name and practice. We use these to send you the brochure and occasional seminar updates.
• Email or phone inquiries. If you contact us via seminars@strupp.com or 1-800-235-2515, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.
• Registration. Live-seminar registration is handled by a third-party registrar (currently Square). When you complete registration, you provide your information directly to that registrar — we receive only the order information needed to confirm your seat and admit you to the seminar. See the registrar's privacy policy for details on how they handle your information.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, which links are clicked, and which traffic sources bring visitors in. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect IP addresses, which it processes per its own terms.
• Marketing pixels. When enabled, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure paid-ad effectiveness. These pixels may set cookies that allow Meta and LinkedIn to attribute conversions and build custom audiences. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Meta and LinkedIn account settings or by rejecting cookies via our cookie banner.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested page, response code, timestamp — for security and operational purposes.

How we use the information

• To send the brochure or other materials you request.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To improve the Site and the seminar experience (e.g., spotting broken links, slow pages, or popular content).
• To run paid advertising campaigns and measure their results — only when you have accepted marketing cookies.
• To meet legal obligations and protect the security of the Site.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site:

• Resend (transactional email — brochure delivery)
• Google Analytics (analytics)
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn (advertising measurement, when those pixels are enabled and you have accepted marketing cookies)
• Square (registration), Thinkific (on-demand course delivery), Wyndham (hotel block) — for the parts of the seminar experience operated by those vendors

Cookies and consent

On your first visit, the Site asks whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies. We do not load Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or the LinkedIn Insight Tag until you accept. If you reject, only essential cookies (e.g., remembering your consent choice) are used. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email seminars@strupp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

The Site is intended for practicing dentists and dental professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted in the page header.
