These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.simplifycomplexdentistry.com (the “Site”) and any continuing education programs offered through it (the “Seminars”), operated by Strupp & Brumm Continuing Education Seminars (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or registering for a Seminar, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

The Site and its content are provided for the personal, educational use of dental professionals and prospective attendees. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or redistribute the content, and not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or interferes with other users.

Intellectual property

All clinical content, slide decks, technique manuals, photographs, and protocol descriptions presented on this Site and at the Seminars are the copyrighted property of Strupp & Brumm Continuing Education Seminars or licensed to us by the original authors. You may save, print, or share short excerpts for personal educational use with attribution; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantive portions without written permission. Photography of slides during the live Seminar is not permitted.

Registration, payment, and refunds

Live-seminar registration is processed by a third-party registrar (currently Square). Registration, payment, refund, transfer, and cancellation terms are set on the registration page at the time of purchase and apply in full. We reserve the right to modify the Seminar dates, location, or content if circumstances require; in such cases we will offer transfer to a future Seminar or, where transfer is impractical, a refund on terms posted at the time.

Continuing education credits

The live Seminar is AGD PACE / ADA CERP eligible and awards 16 CE credits in lecture format. A certificate of completion is provided at the conclusion of Day 2 for AGD or state-board submission. Credit acceptance is governed by your state board and any specialty organization to which you are submitting; while we make reasonable efforts to comply with national CE standards, we do not guarantee acceptance by every state board or specialty organization.

Educational disclaimer

The clinical protocols presented in the Seminars and on this Site reflect the current practice of Drs. Strupp and Brumm and the techniques they teach. They are educational in nature and do not constitute personalized clinical advice for the treatment of any individual patient. You are responsible for applying clinical judgment to your own cases and for determining whether any technique is appropriate for a specific patient situation. We make no warranty that any technique will produce a particular clinical outcome.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services we use to operate the Seminars — Square (registration), Thinkific (on-demand courses), Wyndham (hotel block), Best Buy Discount Dental Supply (clinical products), and others. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Seminars. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Seminars is limited to the registration fee you paid for the Seminar in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Seminars will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted in the page header.
